The DD Audio Power Tuned 9912b ESP is a 12 inches (30 cm) Subwoofer with Carbon Fiber Blend Cone (CFB) and Vario-Density Extended Range of Motion Surround (V-ROM).
The Tuned Spider System (TSS) and the Super-Frame (SFrame) are designed for excursion and heat flow.
The RMS power is 2500 watts, and the peak power is 10000 watts.
Impedance options are available in Dual 1 Ohm or Dual 2 Ohm.
A patented ferrite magnet system, lossless linear suspension, and a ribbed foam surround are integrated.
A magnet protection cap with grille in front of the pole core drilling and an aluminum die-cast basket are present.
The SuperCharge option utilizes a shaped neodymium short-circuit ring and increases the usable motor strength by 20–25 percent.
