The speaker is equipped with an Emphaser CRYSTALGRAIN compound diaphragm for clear sound, as well as a FlowMax aluminum die-cast basket that enables efficient temperature management.
A strontium-ferrite magnet and a butyl rubber surround contribute to its durability.
The two-layer copper wire voice coil is wound on a heat-resistant aluminum voice coil former, and a Connex centering spider with woven-in voice coil lead increases reliability.
The 13 mm tweeter with fabric dome and the Emphaser screw terminal with gold-plated contact surfaces complete the high-quality design.
